Cons

Too much to do and management does not understand the employees needs. Very hectic environment. Upper management in US/Canada controls everything and senior management in UK are very scared to lose their jobs so they avoid to tell the reality to them. Senior Manager of Enterprise support keeps sitting in front of computer and does not even bother to talk to the department on daily basis.

Good compensation, Benefits, great teams and company culture which all aids to great working environment. Multi-talented people with array of technological and people/ communications skills

Restricted career development and senior management indecisiveness in making decisions on correct company path and forward thinking for the company. Current global head reduction having an ongoing impact on employee and company morale.

Great technology and engineering. The engineering teams created wonderful technology and offered great solutions to businesses.

Management only interested in themselves and building empires. Non of the senior management team I worked for had a clue about the markets or the people working for them. They only wanted to profit from the work done by their teams. I experienced a total lack of support and a clique of managers who only supported the management team.
