I have been working at Blizzard Entertainment full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - free oatmeal Wednesdays - Starbucks on campus - never a dull day - great coworkers - amazing, collaborative work environment - supportive management

    Cons

I've been here for 8 months & have had 4 different bosses now. Teams get re-organized often, so it's kind of tough to be on top of things when people are always moving about, so their work is always exchanging hands which causes delays.

I worked at Blizzard Entertainment full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    - Good work environment - awesome people - working with geeks for geeks

    Cons

A lot changed during the years and while it became more and more professional it also lost a lot of it's spirit and moved toward a normal customer support job instead of being something special.
