Pros
Company wants the best for everyone. Truly sets initiatives to ensure that the people are happy with many perks. A lot of SWAG gear, free lunches and company paid events. The people are awesome and down to earth.
Cons
Lack of organization throughout ALL departments. The wrong people are in the wrong roles. LONG hours and poor work life balance. Very reactive company and fails to be proactive. Very very very poor communication from the corporate office to facilities.

Pros
Great place for first time workers, immigrations, and ex-con to work. The pay is really low but there is room for growth and raises. There is health benefit and plent of overtime. Relax hiring practices and the process of getting hire is really easy. Provide work for inner city family and minorities. Provide free lunch and have free farmer market for their employees.
Cons
Really unsafe working environment and people have negative attitude. It is a violence place to work and you have to deal with a lot of second chance people. Blue apron need to do proper background check. Blue apron hire a security company call bannerman. The secruity company is horrible and don't do their job. My physical well being and vehicle are constantly being threaten.

Thank you for your thoughts!
Pros
Offers medical, vision and dental insurance. Free lunch. You really do meet some awesome hardworking people. Supervisors make sure the department you work in keeps you happy.
Cons
401k doesn't match. They let you go home early on slow days, shifts recently changed. Packaging area set up is too crowded and unsafe with product stacked high too close to employees. Kitchen is very cold. Then again it's warehouse what do you expect. Night shift can get wild.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Blue Apron full-time for more than a year
Pros
The company is growing very fast, a lot of new faces and managers and supervisors who seem to care and listen to my concerns and act. Management is communicating and keeps us informed of all the changes and things happening. Better security and entrances should be better. Plant is being organized to keep up with growth and I see improvements, we have free lunches! snacks after rallys and meetings
Cons
There have been some security problems with lazy and employees (temps) who have come recently, but problems seem to be addressed by the upper management. Some see the changes as bad but I think they will help us forward. Getting to the parking lot is worse because we have to drive around the building. Environment is cold to work in and a lot of people don't care and are only here for quick money
