which can change at any time (whenever management want). Employee
will not get chance to read it, as they will handover policy handbook only
for maximum 15-20 minute.
- Company expects a “software engineer / senior software Engineer / Lead
Engineer” to act as sales person or Field engineer.
- No transparency from the management.
- Director will force new comers to put good review on glass door, no
matter you joined company few days / month ago, Even he will help them
to compose review.
So, please don’t blindly believe & join this company.
- Worst interview process,
If the person has good technical knowledge but still, he will be judge only
& only by his communication skills.
