    Pros

    Free fruit and bread. Phenomenal shop for complacency. Good work life bal for most people

    Cons

    This list could go on for days, but the only point that really matters is that they pay what I assume to be the worst in the industry for infrastructure teams and show blissful ignorance toward that fact.

    - Smart colleagues on the floor - Most New York co-workers are great to work with, mostly good personalities

    Cons

    - Below market rate, not good salaries for support staff - Very lean teams (and touted as a benefit, which is incredibly telling of how delusional management can be), - Working with UK counterparts can be challenging as there is a serious lack of diversity. Very polite intolerance. You will only be interacting with the same personalities, seriously strange, like the exact same UK person with different names particularly...

    - Management in the UK needs to figure out better (or really any) independent metrics to track who is really doing the work in the NY office and recognize them, elevate them and compensate them fairly or they will continue to leave. - Do NOT make it prohibitively difficult (legally, logistically) for infrastructure/operations/other support staff to leave the company.
