      Opportunity to work in different parts of the business. Part of a large global company.

      Cons

      Have gone through a lot of M&A over the past 5-10 years, so employees don't feel as secure as they would in competitor companies.

      Pros

      Adaptive and open atmosphere that allows for a more relaxed corporate environment. The owner is a caring and smart man and works hard to try and keep the small business culture he started.

      Cons

      Policies can be to regimented and the managers and chiefs of the company tend to be bull headed and stubborn only excepting their own way.
