- "Close knit welcoming team (no drama!) and there’s always something booked in the company “social” calendar." (in 4 reviews)

Pros
Great Company to work for in all aspects from the product itself, to the supportive office environment and generous benefits on offer. All staff are lovely and there’s always a positive/ humorous atmosphere within the office. Generous benefits are on offer including gym membership, Perkbox discounts along with company events.
Cons
Within my experience at the company nothing to fault

Pros
The team are all really supportive, there's a fair bit of banter and joking around amongst all the sales team but when it comes down to it they're all on hand to give a bit of advice The environment is very informal and laid back, there's obviously an expectation that you get your work done but as long as you do you're given the freedom to approach clients in your own way The commission structure is really good, they say it's uncapped and it actually is, they also set targets that are actually achievable so it was easy for me to earn a lot
Cons
You have to actually do some work sometimes... in all seriousness I can't really think of any particular negatives to working there that wouldn't be present anywhere you work. I suppose there was a cat that was a bit of a jerk but as long as i left him alone he left me alone

Pros
Coming from a recruitment background this was a breath of fresh air. Great lively and fun team where everyone gets on and helps each other where there is absolutely no room for so called "backstabbing" Promoted twice in 9 months so the progression is there The salary and commission are second to none The social aspects are something else - if that's you cup of tea!!!! Lots of perks - Trips away and different incentives as and when The directors genuinely wants you to do well for yourself - never a dispute about that modern equipment goes a long way as well!!!!
Cons
Stairs to the office 3 flights - but i guess that's my morning workout sorted Can get hot in summer but that's what the air con t and balcony are for ! Not classed as a con but as with any sales role things can get a bit more pressured when it's end of month - but if your from sales you will totally get it!!!!

Pros
The basic pay is already competitive but the commission is also uncapped so when you have a good month so does your bank balance It's an open plan office so the atmosphere is always really good and everyone kind of plays off of each other If you've got some time to kill after work there's always someone up for a drink but if that's not your thing we do relatively regular team events that everyone can take part in. My person favourite was when we went to a puppy play thing
Cons
At the end of the day we're here to work so there is of course an expectation that work gets done. As a BDM that means hitting target, which can be tougher at times, but that's why we get commission!

Pros
Very good vibes, friendly and healthy working environment. Very good training plan. Good working culture, motivation, time bound working. Good facilities, teamwork, good work coordinator. Job working trips and staff parties. Lovely offices situated in Hoxton Square, trendy area (tonnes of pubs and restaurants). Beertown fridge after a week of hard work but also.. Gym membership (eh oh we all need a balance). Perkbox (free Greggs, coffees cinema tickets....). Dedicated people to their staff who value the hard work of their employees. Growing company so many careers opportunities.
Cons
So far.. I do not have any to be honest.. unless spending too much money eating out and having staff drinks with the team ( but it isn't really a cons..) also having a gym around the corner (is it a cons?!)

Pros
Bluetown is great for many reasons. People: the team and culture are fantastic, they hire great people who make going for work everyday fantastic - you never wake up dreading to go to work. Work/role: the actual work itself is great and the basic wage/commission structure is fantastic. I’ve been at other sales companies who’s commission structure is no where as good. Perks: the company is also extremely generous with perks. Not only are there incentives for group holidays with the company but there are also domestic trips and brilliant office socials. These are great because you end up being great friends with the whole team anyway. Training: last but not least the training is great. You really develop into a brilliant salesperson and learn around so many other great individuals. Everyone encourages each other and there is no stepping on each others toes. Overall a fantastic place to work.
Cons
If you don’t like sales it won’t be for you - but then again no sales company would be.

Pros
People you work with are nice
Cons
They make you write a review to hide the old bad ones that are on here, scroll further down and I can confirm everything bad about this place is true and much more. No room for progression and have no idea how to manage or lead people. Very disrespectful to staff and intolerant to personal beliefs. Rude and offensive comments are pretty normal day to day. Staff turnover here is very high is the best indicator of what kind of place this is

Pros
My experience at Bluetown was brilliant! We are given a very fair salary with the opportunity to earn big bonuses, with a brilliant commission structure. There is great transparency between BD’s and management. Alongside an awarding commission structure, there are also very awarding incentives, such as holidays abroad, weekend trips, staff nights out (meals and drinks) and activities such as paintballing and go karting. There is a fantastic social scene in the office, while keeping things very professional, which keeps a positive atmosphere in the workplace! All of my colleagues at Bluetown are amazing and supportive and made my move from Ireland to London much more settling! I have made great friends during my time here and I would 100% recommend working at Bluetown to anyone and couldn’t fault anything from my experience!
Cons
If you are coming into the BD role after a break in work, be ready to put a shift in and earn some big commission!

Pros
-Great support for new Sales consultants -Amazing career Progression (Senior sales within 14 months if targets are met) -Targets reflective of the current market, no scary targets on quiet months for the benefit of the company, unlike a lot of large scale corporates. -Friendly staff, always up for after work drinks / activities - free gym membership -laptops for senior staff!
Cons
-the office cat not being as freindly as i'd like - the phones were a little dated but has been replaced with a fancy new system with tablets/ smart intergration. -beer fridge gets emptied by Graduate sales staff too often!
