Pros

We get a chance to work with a number of great brands and on super creative projects. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed unless we are in the middle of production which seems to be 1/2 of the time. Even then, our team pulls together to make sure we get the best product possible.

Cons

The hours can be long at times during shoots, but this is the business we are in.
