      It is a swedish company which speaks for the quality of the houses they provide and wonderful motto that they try to live up to - doing their best changing people's lives

      Cons

      Management in BU Russia (the office based in St Petersburg) has been replaced by local representatives which let the soviet way of problem solving and treating employees develop to the ridiculous extend
