    Pros

    I have been with Bond now for exactly 2 years and never in my career have I seen so much evolution within such a short period of time. I can say with absolute conviction that we have a high performing leadership team in place today that are committed to investing in the careers of our employees and to do incredible, and rapidly evolving, great work for our clients, globally. Regardless of job title, there are so many initiatives available for the right team member, who wants to be a problem solver and have a direct impact towards our growth, to own with full support of the company. Looking forward to continuing to work with those hand raisers who can help us continue down this exciting road.

    More opportunities than we have hours in the day and team members to own and run with. We are actively recruiting and looking for hand raisers within our current Bond team who are excited to take ownership and have a direct impact.

    Fun to work at, creative meetings, presentations etc. No Micromanagement

    Cons

    Very high chance of being let go. lots of lay offs even before the Pandemic. No Team bonding at all(Lunches, outings, events etc.)

    Free parking On-site cafeteria Extended Heathcare CEO is a sensible guy, at least he portrays to be

    Cons

    Employees are not hired for the long term. During the pandemic most employees were put on wage cuts and many were let go without any severance. The positions were rehired ar lower salaries after the pandemic. They even tired to milk the wage subsidy, but we're unsuccessful.

    Great team support and open door policy right to the top. Transparent and human approach to what can sometimes be a tough biz with tight deadlines

    Pros

    Technically: Bond is taking great strides with advancing their tech-stack and competency. It is a noteworthy shift and it makes the day-to-day more exciting and challenging (in a good way). Digital Transformation is evident which results on new projects to be launched with new technology and also a focus to migrate/transform long-tenured projects. Bond is giving more time to innovation and exploratory architecture. As a primarily Microsoft shop, Bond continues to leverage new Azure services to accelerate the development process and keep developers interested. You will be surrounded with amazingly smart people and the sense of community within Digital is also improving. Culture: Bond likes to play! Get ready for collaboration and events. Even during covid, Bond has maintained their community feel by having coffee chats, cocktail chats and other important touch-bases. Career Growth: If you put in the effort, they will notice. It is employee driven career growth but management and executives are there to support your goals and aspirations. They assist financially with training and ensure you get to focus on the growth that it is most interesting to you.

    Cons

    Get ready for some long days/nights. Like any agency, because of external pressure and timeline commitments you will find the work never stops. Not the best place to work if you only ever want to work 9-5.

    1) Working with incredibly smart and caring people - while we work hard, we have a lot of fun along the way 2) Great opportunities to collaborate, problem solve and create innovative solutions for clients 3) Environment supports continuous learning - if you love learning and stretching yourself, there are many opportunities for that

    Cons

    Working in professional services, there are times where you have to commit to longer hours depending on the engagement/project. While exciting, this is not for everyone.

    I have been working at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Bond cares about its clients', employees and the well being of their employees families, especially during the times of COVID. Bond was one of the first organizations to declare full work from home almost a week in advance of others. Allowing employees to not have to stress about their own personal health and safety when things were very uncertain with their children and the economy. That says a lot about the type of organization this is. Several cultural elements like Cocktail chats, videos and recognition have continued to keep people connected. I hope you don't believe the negative reviews. To me, it appears there is someone who is on the attack trying to get back at their previous employer and based on their reviews, it probably goes without saying that toxic individuals will not last here.

    Cons

    There are some people who are hierarchical and let that get in their own way, overall that's not the culture but specifically what they're trying to break down.
