Great exposure to a diverse technical landscape and more than enough opportunities within support roles to get your hands dirty. I'd done a lot of remote support jobs in my career prior to working here but learned the most while being here. Management are heuristic in their approach to the teams and continually looking at ways to improve where possible, and support team members when needed.
