When I worked for boots they made a point of looking after their staff, good attitude towards being inclusive

Since leaving there have been many job cuts but investments in other areas. Funding seems to be going more towards money making than keeping their staff

Outside of your own store there is very little support or empathy given by higher management within the company

Very tight company, keep reducing hours but expect the same duties completed and won’t replace staff meaning staff are spread thin
