great team on counter. pays living wage in UK
Cons
Awful people management. Awful communication and time management. Personal relationships affecting hierarchy in the workplace. No clear process for problem solving. Staff have no direct contact with anyone higher than their line manager, including payroll and HR when there are problems. Laughable staff discount of 12.5%.
