I have been working at Boots full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Some small discounts on glasses and contact lenses and 22.5 percent off boots products in main boots store . If you like the trade In 6-7 years you could work up to optometrist level via funded courses but realistically would take 10 years as not always first in line for courses

    Cons

Pay is low for amount of responsibilities. Company likes to set unrealistic targets
