Minimal training from management, very much left to learn on the job Repetitive - for Christmas staff, you were trained on the till or in the stock room and there was not much of an opportunity to switch it up.

Good working environment, bonus sales and Christmas Day pay, airside

Long hours standing on your feet, can be very busy with number of passengers at peak times
