    I worked at Boots full-time

    Pros

There are none to shout about

    Cons

Shamefull management. Couldnt run a bath.. called in on all on call shifts. Never enough drivers. Routes unachievable but dont moan at the management or you are likely to get an even tougher route. Too many favourites with the managers. Dont complain to area managers either as there all in in together. You wont get anywhere. Boots getting a bad name now because of attitudes. Its all about figures and targets now. Not the customer is allways right. Whats happens to patient needs... all gone.. Job not to bad at start. Now awfull place to work. Glad i left and now appreciated by new employer.

I worked at Boots part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The staff discount is absolutely fantastic, and doubles when you're buying a Boots own brand product (No7 etc). Opportunities for overtime are also plentiful, so if you want an opportunity to earn a bit more, it is always there.

    Cons

The store management is why I left. Assistant managers can treat you however they want and the Store Managers either don't notice or don't care. The atmosphere became poisonous as people fell in and out of favour, and it really wasn't worth the hassle for a part-time job while at uni.
