      Hopelessly Managed, with little regard for employee satisfaction

      Interesting work Good teamwork from colleagues at same level

      Cons

      Poorly managed by some senior managers Bullying team management (reason for my resignation) Health and safety standards dropped below Bosch standards during time employed Human Resources department over staffed with too much power Pay rises virtually non existent Lower end Employee dissatisfaction rife, causing low morale Little regard for loyal experienced employees Very little specialised training

      Pros

      Lots of formal and informal training, funded by Bosch. Good opportunity to get involved in a real global business. It's generally a nice place to work, managers are supportive.

      Cons

      Progression is difficult, few opportunities to take on senior roles. Great opportunities for junior staff, graduates and new hires to progress to Middle management though.
