I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good soft skill training.

    Cons

No leaders in BCG Gamma have a technical background or know how to develop good technology. Many practice politics to keep themselves relevant. HR will promise to travel only 60%, this rarely happens. Company is growing the team much faster than demand increases, leading to many people unstaffed from projects.
