I worked at Boston Consulting Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Amazing quality of people and training, and a really interesting job. It is a good place to start a career. The culture is probably its key differentiator

    Cons

Probably, as most management consulting firms, the main problem are the long hours. However, they are aware of it and staring to improve on that. Also need to improve the % of women.

    Advice to Management

Kep working on work-life balance, increasing the % of women and make the culture even more innovative and up-to-date to compete against tech companies
