I have been working at Bourne Leisure part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Above minimum wage, free breakfast

    Cons

They give you way too much to clean - often working overtime to wash everything up. No air in kitchen - fan barely works at all. They don't pay you unless you fill out 90% of the forms they provide you online. I cut my hand open on a metal baking tray because there were no gloves available and when I told the head chef he told me to keep working and it ended up getting badly infected. On top of that, a lot of the... other staff talk to you very disrespectfully.
