Management need to put staff first ! It's push push all about profits staff are just a number unrealistic standards for limited working hours

    Advice to Management

Share holders and managers should take time to talk to staff about the standards they expect in the time given for the job it's unrealistic this is why staff leave and those who stay as have no choice but are unhappy

I worked at Bourne Leisure full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mixture of holiday parks - some really nice with good on park staff

    Cons

    Awful management.
Very two faced environment - can’t trust anybody.
Dinosaurs leading - option is to please them by doing things that probably aren’t productive or annoy them.
Awful internal promotion push that means no new skills come to the business.
    Lots of unhappy employees.
Fake cultured pushed on people but not followed by leadership.

    Advice to Management

Quit. Retire. You’re too arrogant to change. Make way for some open minded management who could take a great brand to big places.
