      Too much focus on negative feedback, managers are unprofessional and have clear favourites, no proper training for new staff

      Pros

      Training is second to none! There are so many opportunities to learn so many roles and to gain so many qualifications. Great social aspect. Fun time with guests aswell as other team.

      Cons

      Pay is awful. It is standard for general team members which is fair enough but as soon as you step up the ladder and take on much more responsibility, your pay barely increases.

      Advice to Management

      Focus on team leaders and their pay, they are the back bone of the business!

      Pros

      Your colleagues make the job enjoyable, the trainings great makes a real difference to the customers. Everyday is different. There's a real buzz on the parks.

      Cons

      Some managers don't have a clue, which is a real shame. They need to dare to care, show empathy and most of all make it fun.
