During the honeymoon all just fine and nice Plenty of snacks if that is what you need Sort of a buffet lunch once a month...value GBP 4/5 (changing vendors, which is nice...but well) One free pastry every Friday (value max. GBP 1) I had the pleasure to work with great peers, you rock the boat (not the finance leads though!)

*No pay for overtime *below average pay *no equal pay for equal work (saw with my own eye a spread of 80% for no real reason) *people with no personal skills are put on management levels, despite having never managed people ("they will learn on the job", "the subordinates shall educate them")...meaning employees used as disposable lab rats. conclusion: it is like children running the school *you have to be best buddy with managers if you want to make it, otherwise you are dropped like a hot potato. *the place is run by entitled Millennials, with a know it all attitude *if you have a work related problem, HR will not help, they are there to protect the company *unprofessional behavior by so-called line-managers is tolerated by Senior management, even if the behavior is illegal *forget about space for that *benefits only what is required by law, but sold as being super generous *values only present on paper, if you speak up you get the boot
