    Positive Outlook

I worked at Brasserie Blanc full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent training, promotion opportunities, competent salary

    Cons

It's a good incentive letting waiters keep their tables tips but quite unfair for bartenders and runners. However seems like the company was trying to move on to other systems.

    Advice to Management

People who really need the job will always worth much more than skillful waiters or bartenders. Focus on customer attention rather than how good looking or talkative is the person.

I worked at Brasserie Blanc (Less than a year)

    Pros

The locations are good, but they lie to you about everything getting paid is a nightmare

    Cons

They say you get service charge but the management gives their friends most of it so you end up with none the worst one to work for is the south bank one the managers get drunk all the time whilst on shift and treat everyone else with no respect

    Advice to Management

Stop drinking in the office and help staff

I worked at Brasserie Blanc full-time

    Pros

excellent money - good tips. worked with a good team of great people, got to learn new people skills while having fun at work. busy restaurant environment. good staff discount on food too.

    Cons

a lot of pressure is put on the general manager of each branch, meaning things can become quite strict. this means you may not feel valued as an employee, and will often feel under-staffed.

    Advice to Management

your staff are your most important resource. look after them!
