      It's a small team so you will juggle a lot of tasks, and it can be hard to find a balance.

      Pros

      Breaktime has the best people and amazing benefits!!! I love the unlimited PTO policy, flexible work environment, and vacation stipend. I've never had such a supportive and engaged team.

      Cons

      Small team means it's always busy (and stakes can be high)! Would be great to see raises/promotions for the team members that deserve them.
