Nothing- this company sucks, Happy they let me go cause of COVID-19 Best thing they ever did for me.

Cons

Favoritism over and over from the top down- Very high turn over Unhappy workers on every level No work life balance- They expect you to work on your days off-- you don't pay us enough to do that No respect of days off Hostile work environment Passive aggressive management Promoting the wrong people Lack of respect for anyone People that don't understand the job trying to get involved in other parts where they shouldn't--- if you haven't been a stylist, be quiet and sit down because you opinion is invalid Management lies to the higher ups to make themselves look better

Worked with a really great team and really got to be a voice in the company for my position.

Cons

Remember when the CEO bought herself a $1.2 million house in LA and then didn't pay any of her employee their final paycheck? Remember when the COO just disappeared for a month and leadership didn't tell anyone in the company that she quit? Remember when the CFO was paying employee salaries with customer money that was supposed to be sent to designers for their orders?

majority of your coworkers are great because they understand how much the job sucks too so everyone is in it together

Cons

Management sucks- they play favorites and are always told they are doing a good job even when they are terrible Wastes time with meetings. So many meetings and all of them could be emails No time off- literally hear upper management tell someone that if they want to provide good service they will always answer clients. UMMM NO, we are human beings who need balance. We aren't Brideside robots No career growth or development Pay is extremely LOW for what you are doing
