    Cons

The childcare sector is struggling to recruit across the nation which Bright Horizons is not immune to. I hope my honest review inspires childcare enthusiasts to consider Bright Horizons as their employer

I worked at Bright Horizons Family Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

consistant work, okay people to work with,

    Cons

cheap out on materials, claims no budet. inconsistant staffing and there are some good and some bad quality of staff.

    Advice to Management

pay your good ones well, its ridiculous that because one person can do more and use their initiative they get paid the same as someone who puts in minimum effort. you know you see the difference between staff, you know whose strong and whose weak. ITS WEAK MANAGEMENT that you are not willing to give good staff members pay rise, not even observing for myself but for the better ones. some room leaders are weaker than... room staff, dont fear change. You make big profits! taking into consideration how much you charge 1 month of full time gets paid less than 1 month of a child's nursery fees if they are in every day.
