We work hard to ensure we have great supports in place from and for managers, and a robust and fair performance review cycle. In very rare cases people do leave the business early, typically for very specific reasons, but always following a very careful and considered assessment and decision making process. We recognise this is never easy for the individual, and take our approach extremely seriously in this situation. We can always learn and improve however.
