Very unfair evaluations No job security The manager support is non existence Run this company is a time waster and will mess up your life! Someone there was fired in 2 weeks after evaluation. What company does performance evaluation just after 2 weeks!!!

We work hard to ensure we have great supports in place from and for managers, and a robust and fair performance review cycle. In very rare cases people do leave the business early, typically for very specific reasons, but always following a very careful and considered assessment and decision making process. Cons

Hyper growth can mean a lot of work to be done at times, but I know that the company is hiring in all areas to help accommodate increased workload.
