Pros

Everyone is extremely welcoming. Very diverse staff. Everyone is friendly. Beautiful headquarters office space. Great tea. Popcorn everyday. Great office environment

Cons

Extremely unorganized. Bad server systems kept crashing. I'm terribly disappointed in this company. They hired me in February I started in March. I would start a project and be told in the middle of my project to stop what I was doing to work on another project. Then told to stop that 2nd project to yet work on another project. Wasn't given the creative liberty to work on a project to completion at all and wasn't given great feedback. No constructive criticism. If my project wasn't what was wanted I was told "it's not quite right" but not told how and why and what I can do to make it better. Only a month into my employment my entire department was called in by the CEO and HR and told they knew since December they were having money issues and told us they couldn't afford us. Told us we were terminated on the spot! Why would you hire me then?! Plus they gave me 5k above the salary they initially budgeted for. They have poor budgeting and accounting skills!

I really appreciate your feedback in this review. The decision to re-assess some of our positions was a very difficult one and was not taken lightly. As a result of delays in opening clinics where we serve our patients, we had to re-assess our operating model. As such, we are pleased to have made the changes at the right time in order to be able to serve more patients that have a variety of needs. Thank you for the time you did spend with us and we will continue to review feedback we receive to make it a better environment for our employees and patients.

Pros

Do not bother wasting your time at this company. They sell a piper's dream and as soon as you accept and start working you realized that the company stands for everything opposite of what was told. In my work history I have never seen a company ran like this. No one seems to know what they are doing, there is no structure or order, employees dip as they please. This company is a revolving door people do not stay long as soon as they find out out disorganized and trashy the company is they leave. Save yourself the time and aggravation and look elsewhere I would not recommend this company to my my enemy no matter how desperate they are to find a job no one deserve to be treated like a second class citizen.

Cons

There are no cons just plain dry, boring and disorganized.

Disorganized and Wasteful

Pros

Salary and benefits are competitive. Most co-workers are easy to deal with. The main office in Chelsea is streamlined but comfortable.

Cons

A number of things regarding how Brightpoint Health is run, need to be fixed. The biggest problem is organization. This place suffers from major disorganization--from IT to External Relations. There are often technical problems with the company website, in-house software, etc., which can take all day, or longer, to fix. Upper management overall needs major improvements. Some people in administrative positions who have creative skills are not allowed a chance to use these talents. Instead, money is wasted on overpriced "consultants" and freelancers. Call me an old yenta, but after reading some of these, obviously phony, reviews, I felt I needed to speak up.

Thank you for your review. As we grow, we are constantly looking at the ways in which we can improve the organization. We take all the feedback we receive seriously and are communicating more effectively with our IT and External Relations team to ensure the staff needs are met. Our CEO meets with employees monthly at skip lunches, visits sites regularly and hosts Town Halls to hear directly from our staff. We are also giving more accountability to the "Front Line Leaders" to manage their staff accordingly. I see you are still employed so please feel free to reach out to humanresources@brightpointhealth.org if you have additional feedback that you think will help us during our growth and expansion. Thank you again for your feedback.
