    Some flexible work & holiday pay

    Cons

    Previous company merged with BMS so at start I am happy but now thing change. Much uncertainty of future direction of R&D, no end-to-end vision. Low trust in senior management & no communication between departmental happening. Poor training to staff from merger & never feel welcome into BMS.

    High workload, project deadlines often unrealistic, American management style, constant organisational restructurings and little flexibility for part time arrangements.
