    Friendly environment with lots of opportunities, very well paid. Very global and diverse environment.

    Cons

    Slow career progression. Unpleasant economic conditions and lots of constrains that causes business to shrink.

    - good benefits
    - young team and an informal culture
    - opportunity to learn and gain professional experience
    - good chances of getting hired after the internship

    Sometimes long hours are expected
    Some office politics

    Of course, a harmful product
    Part-time working (3-4 days) seems like a taboo among managers. Only home office is possible.

    Advice to Management

    So far it is great. More flexible work policies and part time functions would be great to have a better life-work balance.
