I worked at British American Tobacco as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and superb restaurant. F1 team at the time which was very exciting. Good people to work with and enjoy a coffee with at the in house Starbucks.

    Cons

Obviously smoking is not an ideal product to be promoting and this can play on ones conscience. Senior management could be aloof and create an us and them culture.

    Advice to Management

    Be more inclusive.

Opportunities to move across functions and geographies and above all an excellent paymaster!
