    Good strategy, well managed business in a difficult industry. There is a massive agricultural supply chain that the business supports, often in developing countries

    Cons

    Tobacco is not everyone's favourite business sector

    Advice to Management

    Move to next generation products (heat not burn and similar) as quickly as you can

    Cons

    It's a tobacco company, you need to be prepared for that
    Culture begins to lose it's 'niceness' once you try and move up the ladder as the higher grade pay packages are superior to others in the corporate world but require a lot of brown nosing to get in.

    Seek out and nuture true talent before it moves on
