    Company is well respected and has grown tremendously over the past few years.
    Operate in many different countries.

    Office Politics is obvious
    Hire more specialists.

    great location of offices

    majority of staff think they are above themselves in management, lots of back stabbing and not a pleasant working environment -

    Advice to Management

    start to look after your staff more closely, than looking too much after your own personal interests.

    empowerment of women in the workplace, good life-work balance and flexibility. Good parental leave program

    Pros

    Good staff
    good project experience to work on
    Happy to keep you on if conditions are slow
    Young teams good social

    Cons

    Hours and flexibility are ridiculous 6.30 to 6.30 and Saturdays 6.30 to 3 essentially every week
    Under resourced
    Not the best

    Pros

    The place to learn more. Mix of people of different ethnicity. Very much beneficial for some one who wish to learn.Worked with Dubai office, still misses the good managers.

    Cons

    Well, there is no consideration for salary advancement. Worked with same salary for 6 years even got promotion to different levels. Salary rise only to those who are good source of grapevine to managers.

    Pros

    Always given the opportunity to try something new regardless of level of experience, could also be seen as a con, depending on your view

    Cons

    60 hours per week minimum. Saturdays are typically expected work days and you will be asked to come in on sundays and public holidays, often with little notice. Site teams are full of grads, not many experienced heads

    Advice to Management

    Take work life balance seriously. No more lip service
