Solid well maintained and organised working environment. Decent and well provided provisions such as uniform and break facilities. Ever expanding, large future contracts near enough guaranteeing future work load and job security.
Cons
Little staff career development; although the corporation boasts large learning schemes this is rarely felt in the UK side of the business.

More opportunities for progression and training schemes to further develop employees skills and abilities.

Company has good benefits. Location in Alabama has a full cantina and free coffee. Built good relationships among coworkers.
Cons
The workplace is hectic. Like many manufacturing plants, the floor is a very loud and busy place to work. And Vance, Alabama isn't the most exciting location to be in.
