    Pros

Good clients, challenging assignments and good people to work with. Buzz of working in respected London agency with reputation for dealing with complex comms problems.

    Cons

Quite bureaucratic culture. Junior staff get good opportunity but are not rewarded well. needs to be more innovative and entrepreneurial. Compensation not clearly linked to performance.

I have been working at Burson-Marsteller full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Agency really shifting and embracing digital, exciting clients, award-winning work with a great deal of flexibility and support from senior management. Really starting to grow now with the re-invigorated senior leadership team and their global efforts.

    Cons

None really to mention, compensation, time-off policies, and benefits are all excellent, in line with other WPP agencies.

    Pros

    Big shop with multiple resources

    Cons

Dysfunctional management at the top doesn't fairly value all practice groups evenly. Eyes not always on the ball. Bench strength lacking.
