Pros

Worked with pretty cool companies. Most of people there outside of current management are great.

Cons

There was alot of turnover in 2023. All respected leaders left within a 3 week span and pretty sure none of them had jobs lined up. Company also changed our Crm system to salesforce and it went really bad. I imagine something went really bad with leadership that was shielded from rest of company because of leaders leaving. CEO comes off really unauthentic. He is really nice in person but everyone that works with him seems really stressed. Probably 70% of company from when I started is gone, which includes some really good smart ppl.

Pros

-Great people on the delivery team -PTO is good

Cons

Unfortunately the reason Burtch Works is a poor place to work is because of the CEO. The team size that was once around 60 at the beginning of 2023 is now less than 20. Some of this is due to market conditions affecting the staffing industry but most people left due to lack of trust with the CEO. There have been multiple directors who have left the company due to their relationship with him as he's lied internally and externally ad nauseum. On multiple occasions when an employee resigns, the CEO attempts to control the narrative saying "this was a mutual decision" in order to make himself look better. This is silly because the small delivery team that still works here are very close friends so they can tell he is lying to protect his image.
