Pros
I've been on board with this company for just over a year, and I can genuinely say it's been a delightful journey. Working remotely most of the time has its perks, but there's a certain charm when I step into our office. The modern vibe coupled with a sense of professionalism always strikes a chord. The highlight? Our open-door policy. It's not just a buzzword here. From colleagues to our CEO, everyone's always ready for a chat, feedback, or brainstorming. The transparency in communication makes every project feel more like a team collaboration, whether it's virtual or right there at our desk. The office itself is set up brilliantly. Aside from our work zones, there's space to unwind with a game on the Nintendo or PlayStation. And yes, for those quick breaks, there's a stocked fridge and snacks. And if you're in for a little outside time, the nearby 'The Brazen Head' pub adds a nostalgic touch to our lunch breaks. In a nutshell? It's been professionally fulfilling, and the work environment is the cherry on top. Here's to more great times!
Cons
I'm generally not a huge fan of Microsoft products. To me, they don't seem to cater to all business needs. They tend to muddle tasks, leading to disruptions in team-based projects. That said, I've recently heard some positive news in the company regarding the adoption of other professional platforms. These alternatives would likely be more in tune with the workload and speed the company expects for delivery.
