    -free meal on shift -possibility of growing -possibility of self-improvement

    -a lot of employees turnover -crazy shifts with a lot of hours and late rotas -not much time for social life outside the workplace

    Pros

    The people I worked with on the floor made my experience of cote - the waiters and commi waiters. Young, vibrant people. Hardworking and kind too, and it was the only pro to working for such a horrible company.

    Cons

    Working in catering is stressful, but Cote really made work a nightmare at times, especially when told my managers to lie to customers just to make money. Managers at the Notting Hill branch were terrible. You would work eight hour shifts and wouldn't be allowed to stop for a little snack. Absolutely horrible working environment.
