very toxic working environment, Most of the employee wants to discriminate new employee and they blame.gossip and also prohibit their duties or responsibilities, do not colloborate each other, The worst thing is that I reported to senior management unfortunately they ignore and attacked only to me intentionally. Even HR neglect and don't find out this IT department turn over rate high.
