I have been working at CCA International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent salary, refreshing co-workers, professional campaigns, really good training

    Cons

No paid sick days, it's not even possible to "earn" sick days (like gaining an additional day of holiday for each year of employment at CCA International). Paying on the 6th working day of the month is really troublesome too, as it's never a fixed date, and can get you in trouble with paying rent etc.

    Advice to Management

It would be great if you could change the payroll system. I was notified that "older" employees have a fixed paycheck date, which is so much more helpful, rather than having a different payment day each month. I am forced to look for a second weekend job to meet my rent payment date.

Thank you for your review and your feedback. CCA would still pay Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) for anyone who meets the qualifying criteria. We appreciate your comments around the payroll dates.

    Pros

    The area
The people you meet the staff
Unfortunately there’s nothing more I can say that’s good about the place

    Cons

    Unprofessional managers
    Treats staff like slaves
    Under pay staff
Take away our commission and effiency for no reason

Not surprised one bit after reading the other reviews about the company. I’ve been working for the company for over 5 months in the BT campaign, in the beginning in training they lied through their teeth about how it’s such a good place to work at blah blah blah, only to realise they were just trying to sell us dreams. Don’t get it twisted, There are such decent people in that place for example The recruitment team

These people are just a bunch of scammers, it’s a shame how a globally known company like CCA International hires irresponsible people to manage the company. Certain people who are team managers don’t even get TRAINED or even have the common sense on how to lead a team or to even push them! They have no leadership skills whatsoever All they care about is their salary at the end of the month and talk about people behind their back.

For over 2 months I’ve been suffering from a serious stomach condition which led to me taking time off work, the only financial support I was expecting was the statutory sick pay and guess what happens next? They didn’t even pay me that in full!

The whole time I was off sick, mentally aswell as physically I wasn’t in the right state, It came to a point I lost belief that I would be myself again. When I returned to work, I tried explaining my situation and I was given the impression they didn’t care, that I would end up being sacked. To save myself from all that drama I decided it was right if I resign! I wasn’t getting any better at the time anyways so it was only right I left. I pleaded with them saying please don’t underpay me again and how I was short paid, they assured me it wouldn’t happen. But look what happened the following month, they didn’t pay me the full amount again, when I questioned it apart from them saying the email has been sent to the department you will be paid soon as, nothing has happened! Yeah it’s only £128 they owe but it’s the concept! People have food, bills to pay for. These people only like to earn money they don’t like to give it!

    Advice to Management

Train your managers properly and pick out those who have potential strong leadership skills, don’t treat staff like garbage, pay staff for what they work,

I worked at CCA International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

nice environment, great team- I met amazing people whilst working there, very young environment so I fitted in quickly.

    Cons

Was not given my kpi report literally until the day before i got dismissed and i got blamed for this, everybody there apart from old white people are disposable. It’s honestly so appalling how black and brown employees are treated there it went against everything i believed in. A ton of unethical stuff goes down behind your back as an agent. The director has absolutely no simpathy for the agents and his little right hand man does the dirty task of disposing of the agents.

    Advice to Management

Care for your employees it’s that simple. Stop dismissing people’s personal issues for the sake of a sale there are plenty of people making them. Hire better people in HR and management.
