      Pros

      I really enjoy the laid-back environment. My manager doesn't micro-manage and is very approachable and flexible. I really enjoy the team I work with and everyone seems to care about their job. Compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Not many negatives from my position. Occasional breakdown or lack of communication can cause confusion, but that can be expected anywhere.
