Interesting work, very relaxing atmosphere and flexible hours. I came in with 3 years of experience and have been given an enormous amount of trust and opportunities to learn and lead projects.

Work slows down in the summer and no working from home.
The small company culture is fantastic and they truly care about you and your growth as an individual. Family is super important and they do not care about when you work as long as the job gets done on time.
Cons
Small companies do not provide large ways of moving up. The work pace is never constant. Sometimes it is 2 months with nothing to do and others it is 2 months with something due every other day.
