Pros
Was once a great, ethical national recruiter of education professionals under the Capita Education Resourcing banner. Only worth working in their offices in Liverpool, Newcastle or Sheffield nowadays.
Cons
Now, due to poor management, particularly in the south of England, sold for the second time in as many years to ruthless people who do not care about their staff. I chose to jump before the axe fell, but others didn't get the chance and were treated very badly.
