Pros
Having worked at CG for nearly 14 years, this company has offered me excellent career progression and flexibility. I started my career in the Administration Department and now work in the Accounts Department where I have gained a lot of accounts and payroll knowledge and training. I have also started a family and the management team have been very adaptable, allowing me to continue on my career path whilst also having childcare commitments.
Cons
I am very happy and looking forward to the years ahead.

Pros
Team was great, thoroughly enjoyed the work and environment
Cons
Was let go with a weeks notice two days after being told that due to the increased work load I had bought on with new clients I needed to hire a junior team member to help with the increase. was then docked a days holiday in lieu due to taking a day off (due to flexible furlough)

Pros
CG Consultants have a great atmosphere within the office, recruitment has it's ups and downs more so than any other industry / place of work I have been in but the team celebrate with you and help when things aren't going your way. If you put the effort in the rewards are far better than any other industry I have been in also. The management team are constantly looking for ways to develop each and every one of the team.
Cons
The hours can be very long, however it does pay off financially but finding the balance is sometimes tricky. The first year was tough financially whilst building up my desk, however the second year I have doubled my previous salary easily.

Pros
I came to CG seeking new opportunities and a possibility to find a career. I came with no sales experience and no previous related industry experience i was given all the tools, resources, support and opportunities to thrive in this ever growing industry. I have found great opportunities and a passion for what i do now, i find myself staying here probably an extra 10 hours a week because i absolutely love coming to work and i enjoy every moment of what i do! If you have ever thought about a change into recruitment or even a change of career (Even if you have not discovered what career that might be) i would say this is the best way into recruitment.
Cons
I have a list of minor cons but they are all currently being reviewed and solved.

Pros
Having worked for CG for over 6 years I think it is a great company to work for. CG has always been very accommodating to my work life balance and my role has changed gaining more responsibility over the years. It's a great team and environment to work in.
Cons
The Frimley road doesn't offer a lot to do on my lunch break, however with either Camberley town centre or a couple of Parks a short drive away it's not hard to get out and make the most of my break!

Pros
The atmosphere is great to work in, it is a competitive environment but every one is here to lend a helping hand when required and the team ethos is spot on. You get out what you put in, the commission structure is great so even though I am working long hours, you can really see the benefits when it comes to the rewards!
Cons
I have worked here for just over a year now and for me personally, there really aren't any

Pros
Great atmosphere, everyone wants everyone to succeed. Fantastic training in place for both rookies and experienced people. An ambitious company who have matched my levels of ambitions over the last four and a half years. It has truly been a pleasure to grow with the company. A fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to get into recruitment.
Cons
The company is still relatively small - but rapid growth plans indicate that it may be an exciting times to come on board.

Pros
Having worked at CG full time for many years I can honestly say it is an excellent place to work. A professional team, excellent client relationships and a much improving work environment make it an excellent employer in the Camberley area. With big plans for growth and increasing investment and incentives, CG is progressing well.
Cons
The frimley road is not the most exciting place to work. The recruitment sector is also fiercely competitive so working for CG requires a resilient and competitive nature
- 5.028 Sept 2017Administrative AssistantCurrent Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
Great atmosphere within the teams and approachable management Amazing career progression - currently studying for a diploma with the company Always look forward to turning up to work
Cons
Social media presence and technology not at its best but there is an extensive plan to correct this Not as central as it could be but Camberley town centre is only a five minute drive away
