Pros

Parking, Nice building with clean facilities. A free piece of fruit twice a week and tea / coffee.

Cons

They have all the processes on paper but don't actually implement them. Policies and Procedures are just a tick in the box exercise. Unfortunately theirs a definite bullying culture where people go out of their way to obstruct you from doing your work which certainly demoralises staff who then leave. Long term staff who have built their little empires to the detriment of anyone else. Management who don't want to listen to new ideas or improve moving forward. A lot of money is being spent on team away days and corporate functions but will be a waste of money as it's the culture that is the issue. Building is ridiculously hot and air con doesn't really work. If you like a hot work place then its right for you.

Pros

Some colleagues are caring and supportive, however those are usually forced to leave

Cons

Once a charity, this company is solely profit-driven machine now, focused only on their business needs. They use people as much as possible and then get rid of them. No career progression and no real support. A lot of nice and promising words about their values and culture on paper, however reality is the opposite. No diversity and equality, those from minority backgrounds will always be alienated, as well as some of their departments have less privileges. Constant restructures make staff anxious and worried about their positions; any new comers are considered as threat and everything is done to drive them away. Staff turnover is high, which shows how the things are.
