      Interesting product, good coworkers, incompetent management

      Pros

      The products are fun for the mechanically-minded person and they are always developing new machines. As a small company, there are opportunities to work in areas that interest you and you can have a positive impact on the organization.

      Cons

      I have heard the company described by many people as "succeeding in spite of its management." Additionally, the management seems to value looking good over actually being good.

      Great people in the individual contributor positions

      There are incredible people at the individual contributor positions, although a number of those have left.

      Cons

      Top management does not look out for the working people. Processes sort of exist but those that do aren't followed.
