    Cons

The basic salary is dismal and the bonus system is so skewed in favor of the company, that it has no incentive value because a decent bonus always seems elusive

I have been working at CLS Communication

    Pros

It's an international company with opportunities to work in many location. Pay and benefits are competitive in the industry.

    Cons

Senior management is slow to tackle the big issues, doesn't provide a true vision for the company, and gets caught up in "initiatives" that are more form than function.
