I have been working at CLS Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Some really lovely people work at CLS. There is a clear divide between those that have been with the firm for many years and those that have joined in the last 5 years but I don't think that is a problem as everyone gets on well together. There is a divide between the US and UK but again it is manageable. Management is aware that there are problems and are not shy about rolling out initiatives to stop the haemorrhaging.

    Cons

There is a lot wrong with CLS and the problem lies with an ineffective, insecure and paranoid EMC. The most recent culture initiative was a major disappointment. The leadership program came to nothing. The performance management process is onerous and broken (people spent all year working towards a promotion only to be told that the NEW performance process is no longer applicable as they will spend the next 18 months sorting new 'corporate titles'). Resources are tight because people are constantly resigning - it's the worst I have seen in any bank.
