A Lots: Go through the List 1. If you are working there forget about your personal life. Work and Die there. 2. New Joinees are tortured and mentally harassed by the seniors like anything. 3. HOD always play favoritism. 4. All holidays are cancelled if some work is there. This work is not teaching student but some other admin kind of work. 5. No praise or appreciation to work. 6. Only boot lickers rise. 7. One cannot fall sick also. In worst scenario if leave is taken it is assumed as a crime and is very much looked upon. 8. Some of the leading and seniors are rude and do not have any professionalism in them. 9. You cannot plan anything for weekend if you are working there. Sundays !!! Those are also not yours to be spent at home. 10. Too much hectic and nerve breaking.

Very poor management, If u want to survive, then no talent, hardwork required, only licking the boots is more than enough. No stability as after every semester they fire faculty purely on the basis of their favoritism. Even if your faculty feedback is 100% you can be fired. For 2 days vacation or for any medical emergency, you have to cry for your own Casual Leave even after you arrange your classes and everything. People with good background them self left this college after 6 months. P.S: Pls don't assume that i am a hater, I was one of their favorite employee but it is my duty to give honest opinion about this place.
