      terrible workplace culture, bullying not taken seriously by management, very cliquey and if you aren't in that in crowd you are left behind - so bad that it gets in the way of professional development, glad I left when I did been happier over the last few years

      Offer a very good program with free accommodation to central Melbourne tafe. Good work environment and people tend to be good as well

      Some of the tooling was very old and dysfunctional.
