I worked at CNA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People in the office were lovely, plenty of social interaction, would consider a lot of them genuine friends.

    Cons

Upper Management were apathetic and greed driven. Claiming millions of dollars in bonuses whilst refusing to give even minimal pay raises. Turnover was very high. If you make it a year you're considered a veteran. No progression, like, zero.
